Our journey begins with a complimentary personal intake interview, covering your personality, goals, expectations and past experience with training. As part of our initial assessment, you'll also fill out a medical questionnaire to provide a holistic view.
The right fit is important, and I'm committed to ensuring you feel confident and connected as we embark on your fitness journey together.

Personal Training
Put your mind & body into motion.
We work together to build an individual training program that will be both unique and fun.
Each individual session is created to help you gain more knowledge and confidence.
Flexibility is key to crafting your ideal fitness journey. I'm here to adapt to your preferences - whether it's the location, the timing, or the frequency of your training sessions. Experience training outdoors or in the comfort of your own home, tailored to suit your goals.
You also get my support and advice in between the sessions, so you are never alone on your journey.
*You can pay per session or purchase a package of 5 or 10 sessions. (VAT included in all prices)
1 Personal Training session costs 70 euros
A 5 x package 325 euros
A 10 x package 650 euros (65 euros/session)
Duo Training
Train with a partner.
During the session you and a friend workout together with me. With a preferred outdoor location at your convenience, i provide all the proper equipment and the workout program that focuses on each personal aspiration.
This is a great option if you like and want to workout with someone and stay motivated, sharing the fun experience together as well as the costs!
*You can pay per session or purchase a package of 4 or 8 sessions. (VAT included in all prices)
1 Duo session costs 85 euros (42.5€ per person)
A 4 x package 340 euros
A 8 x package 680 euros
Packages are offered based on your preferred weekly workout frequency.
Small Group Training
Workouts and habits you and your friends will enjoy.
The small group sessions focus on helping you and your friends build strength, stamina and knowledge - as a team.
With a minimum of 4 up to 6 participants, these sessions focuses on both your individual goals and capabilities whilst doing the sessions together.
You won't need to bring any equipment; I'll have everything ready. Just show up and experience the sessions fun, challenging and rewarding!

My Story
As I entered my 40's, staying healthy and feeling strong in both mind and body became an essential part of my life especially as a mother to a vivacious young daughter.
Having been an athlete all my life, and playing Tennis on a competitive level, I always enjoyed coaching and seeing progress in others.
I now work with women who want to create healthy routines and improve their personal and professional lives with behavior and habit change.
No matter where you are, or what you have tried in the past, I want to help you succeed using a proven science based approach.
