My Story
Ever since I can remember, I've been in love with sports. I was lucky enough to represent Sweden in tennis as a junior and later played as a Division 1 NCAA Tennis player at the University of South Florida, USA.
Physical fitness came naturally to me, but the mental game? That was a whole different story. The pressures of competitive sport brought mental challenges that I didn’t know how to tackle. It became clear that understanding behavior and knowing how to harness it at critical moments was crucial.
As I entered my 40's, staying healthy and feeling strong in both mind and body became an essential part of my life especially as a mother to a vivacious young daughter.
Having been an athlete all my life, I always enjoyed coaching and seeing progress in others.
I now work with people who want to create and achieve healthier habits and routines in their personal and professional lives. Helping them see the incredible benefits that behavior change can bring to their quest for a healthier and more fulfilling life.
With years of experience under my belt, and as a NASM certified coach, I've learned that wellness and fitness are not just about the physical. It’s a dance between environment, motivation, and capabilities.
