Coaching Plan

We will focus on your long term outcome, set aspirations and find the actions to help you reach and accomplish your goals.

In our sessions we will:

Discuss your aspirations and:

  • Define your outcome

  • Create a Journey Map based on your daily routine

  • Uncover Opportunities and Possible Barriers

  • Find opportunities to change the environment with choice architecture

  • Decide on 1-3 Key behavior changes to work on as a start (start, stop, replace)

  • Implement the changes

  • Test and adapt as needed

  • Track your progress

  • We can work both face-to-face or remotely

*The Behavior Coaching program consists of 10 one-on-one sessions (each 60 min), an action plan with implementation and thereafter 30 min biweekly check-ins to track your progress.
